The Clinton Franciscans number 71 Sisters, 1 Novice, 3 Sojourners, and 74 Associates , : men and women who have formed a covenant relationship with the congregation to share in its mission and to enhance their own spiritual growth. Clinton Franciscans serve in seven states, and, in Chulucanas, Peru. Their Administrative Offices are in Clinton and their primary residence at The Canticle. The history of the Sisters of St. Francis now of Clinton, Iowa, dates back to 1866 in Gethsemani, Kentucky. |
