"Community Conversations will serve as a platform to clarify misconceptions surrounding human trafficking. By fostering open dialogue and understanding, we can collectively work towards creating a safer and more informed community," said Thrall.

In addition to this program, at the Clinton City Council meeting on January 9th, a representative from the Clinton Area Anti-Trafficking Committee will read a proclamation to be signed by Mayor Scott Maddasion recognizing January 2024 as National Human Trafficking Awareness Month.
