An Advent Day of Reflection, titled "Advent of Surprises," will be held at The Canticle on Saturday, December 2 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Facilitator: Bishop Daniel Turley, O.S.A.

Advent is sometimes called a season or time of surprise. Advent is a time to remember that God is a God of surprises. God's purposes are accomplished by always working in new and unexpected ways. As we celebrate the season of Advent, we can be open to the surprises that God may have in store for us.
